Karik Construction Co., Inc. is a licensed General Contractor. Licensed in the state of Arizona under license #108663 & 165889. Karik Construction Co., inc. celebrated our 13th Year anniversary in business in June of 2008.

Rick and Karyn Nelsen started Karik Construction in June of 1995. Rick started learning construction during the summers of high school. Karyn worked as an office manager for a door and window company and a credit manager for a large lumber yard. When you contract using Karik Construction Co., Inc. you have the benefit now of over 25 years of building experience.

Rick coordinates all the jobs and oversees the entire process.

In the Office we have:

Karyn and Diane who are handling the day to day operations of the office. Making sure that we are accountable. Verifying all our subs are licensed, bonded and insured. Keeping a detailed accounting record of every penny of the job.

Karyn is also our in house draftsman. Available to help you design and make your ideas into a real working plan.
